Luca walked around the whole house with his face hidden behind his hands, at first I wasn't sure what he was doing, he walked right into me, and Nicole, and then the fridge. After that he peeked a little, but continued on.
Grandma Becky is the best back scratcher, and Luca discovered that.
Yep. This year it hit incredibly early. Don't judge me.
Luca begs to go "oside" all day long, I took him to the park one morning before it got too hot. We walked down to Beacon--where I went to elementary school.
And of course--the new lovely dramatic times of leaving something fun.
I went to lunch with Morgan while Luca napped and hung out with Nicole and Grandma. We went to this delicious place in short north, that I cannot remember the name of-- they had tacos you ordered ala carte--and of course chips and salsa. My favorite one is the one at the bottom--it was pork and fresh pineapple--yum.
Then I saw this awesome painting in Morgans bathroom--and it sparked something in my brain to do my own! Those will come later.
We hung out at kids club a few more times, Luca made lots of buddies. My favorite one was a little boy that is an only child, and has a mother who is a drug addict--hes just a sad child, you know how you can tell. Morgan and Melanie said that he never talked, or laughed, or played with anyone else when he was in there.
After a few minutes of Luca and he alone in there he was running around and laughing and talking to us from up on the slide. It was precious. That poor guy just needs some love.
Nobody needs to worry about the amount of OSU paraphernalia I have considered buying this trip--or have bought.
We picked grandma up at work and drove past the big field of corn on the way home, so we made an impromptu stop and took some pictures in the famous field.
1. He is going to be all fluent when you get back
ReplyDelete2. Why do we have so much pride and need OSU stuff when we couldn't give a crap about football? Haha
