Luca found daddys hat one night, and insisted in sleeping with it. Its happened a few nights in a row now, he got all mad and got down to find it after I left last night, and then climbed back in all satisfied.
We took a spur of the moment trip to see the Minion movie before Jose went to work on Saturday, and oh man. Poor employees. Luca got much too excited dancing and jumping around with his bag of popcorn and goldfish and had a minor explosion. Or a giant one.
The movie was funny--but I can't stand all the stupid stuff the put in, the thongs and slapping butts--really?? Stop. That isn't necessary. Then we learned that the LDS guys that wrote the first 2 despicable me movies did NOT write this one because they were working on another project--and that is why we will not own, or probably ever see the minion movie again--apparently they are the ones that keep all the nonsense out of the movies.
He always needs to bring me at least 2 of these snack tubs at a time, which is a difficult task for someone with such short arms.
GUYS. This was in babies r us this weekend!!! YES FALL come to me now.
I saw my friend outside with her kiddos yesterday while driving by, so we stopped to chat. She has a little girl just a few weeks older that Luca, they played so well together--like they were best buds!! It was adorable, and a little hilarious when she took Luca by the neck to try to wrestle him, and he flipped out because he didn't know what was happening.
And then they showed each other their bellies, and poked each other a bunch.
I love tiny friends. Its so fun to watch them play and learn from each other!
Luca loves singing time in nursery--if that was all it was he would stay in there willingly both hours. Our singing teacher is so sweet, she reminds me of Andrea Morgan, she's the best at keeping everyone happy, and entertained! Even today when we got 3 new kids, making our total over 10 kids, in this tiny classroom, she kept them all seated, for the most part, and participating!
