The one with our first day back.

After our many adventures, and going home bagless, we got a good nights sleep.  I was actually the first one up, I figured I would get ready real quick and just run to get the bags, but everyone woke up soon after me, so we all loaded into the car to get them.  Turns out its a good thing, otherwise I would have had to take 2 trips in and out of the airport which wouldn't have been fun.

Luca asked for the carseat to be put down on the moving walkway so he could sit right in it.  He's smart.

I totally spaced feeding him at all that morning--he was so happy just to be back with daddy he didn't ask or whine for anything.  So after getting our bags we went to Ihop for breakfast since we had nothing at the house, and Luca was apparently starving.  He inhaled his french toast--literally a few times actually, he would gag himself, but keep shoving.

He had an entire half piece of french toast in there.

Then we went to temple square for a bit--we were meeting up with grandpa a little after, so we wandered the grounds.

And Luca attempted yet again to jump into a water feature.  This time unsuccessfully, thankfully.

Luca was just happy all day long with dad.

We even found a buckeye there!!  They never let them stay on the ground in the shell thing because they are basically weapons, but they were putting up christmas lights so there were some down, so I grabbed one and opened it up!  Luca carried it around in his pocket the rest of the day.

Speaking of Christmas...

YEP.  Thats it people. 100 days.

One of our grocery shopping stops was at costco--and they had coats out--so we stuck one on Luca--not planning on getting one just yet, but it fit perfectly, and was adorable, so we did.  $22?  Worth it.

Plus he almost got ran over 2 times while sprinting away from me in it, and everyone was laughing at him, so thats a good story.

After a million hours of shopping--or it felt like that--our trunk was full and our lists complete.  I actually meal planned like a crazy person--so hopefully that helps the motivation to make dinner!!

(I have actually made dinner every night since we have been back--sadly its basically a record for me...so BE PROUD.)

If you live under a rock and didn't know that OREO finally came up with the most brilliant cookie on this planet than I am here to help you.  GO GET yourself some Oreo Thins.  RIGHT now.  The mint ones are just as delicious as the regular ones.  You will thank me, unless your crazy--and then we probably won't be friends anymore.  I am on my 3rd pack since we got back since I could never find them in Ohio--they were always sold out so Ohio people know whats up.

Speaking of Ohio, my bathroom is happy to have this guy hanging in it.  It makes me so happy when I go in there--and sad that I didn't just get that dang trash can since they don't sell it online.

We have Ohio state stuff everywhere now it feels like, and its awesome.

The one with a second trip to Temple Square.

Kenz and I dug through my maternity clothes this morning because her little girl is just popping out for the world to see!! She's just started to show so much since being here, and was getting uncomfortable. So we found mine, she's going to borrow them and I made her pose for a picture for me after.

We went to finish our temple square stuff today--which ended up being a bust because the conference center (of course!) was closed for preparations for tomorrow. We didn't think that through.

And again because it's conference weekend there were tons of people there. We were going to go to the observation deck of the church office building but the line was so long, so we skipped that too.

We did go up to the 10th floor of the Joseph smith building so we got to see out a bit from there.

Sara fed Nikolai here so the boys wandered around and grant pushed the stroller around the whole floor.

It's so beautiful in there. I could just sit in there all day.

Bonus points if you can find grant up there! ^^^

We walked around the grounds a bit, the weather has just been so perfect lately! Just a little chilly so I don't die in the heat. It's been considerate.

I'm so exited for the tulip festival to come!!

Pregnant wanted some ice cream so we brainstormed what was "utah" ice cream and decided to try out leatherbys. Basically we shouldn't have left the house today. All of ours were awful except Saras. Oh well.

On the way home luca had my phone and I looked over at one point to see him in my instagram, editing a picture he took himself. I halfway wished he had published it, because how hilarious would that have been?? He didn't, but I still was able to get a screen shot!

When we got home Sara left right off, and Kenz and Tony headed out to dinner with a buddy.

Luca and I haven't been home alone in a while! It was nice and strange. I turned around and did something for a sec and turned back to luca having climbed ontop of the table to get a handful of chips. At least he's got determination.

Then! Sara sent me this picture::

And said that trike was marked only $5 at her Walmart!!!! Of course they rang up at $40 but after some checking around they realized they had indeed been in the wrong and let her get her 2 for the $5!! She got one for Luca and I am SO excited about this! We have been needing outside toys! Hooray for more easter gifts!!

Thank you Sara! You're the best!!

The one with a Temple Square trip.

Kenz and Tony wanted to go down to Temple Square while they were here--of course! We went down on Tuesday.

Tony wanted to ride trax, so we parked at the gateway and rode up to city creek. It was all going smoothly until we had to get off. Giant jogging strollers are not compatible with tiny trax doors and steps.

It got stuck and Tony just had to pull as hard as he could and wiggle it out. I was no help as I was laughing too hard. So many people were waiting. It was embarrassing and hilarious all at once.

Needless to say we rode in the very front car with the handicap ramp on the way back.

I do not miss living downtown with all the loud crazies. Trax reminded me of that.

Luca did enjoy it though! He was quite taken with it all.

We went around the temple grounds, luca loved to walk the walls.

Luca just loves them. It's going to be sad when they leave us!

We sent this picture to Grandpa saying hello from the ground--and then he found us down there and waved to us from the window. It took me a while to spot him up there on the 4th floor, tony and Kenz had to point him out to me.

There is a big ramp up to the Christus statue--so I let Luca walk down it alone for a little amusement. It worked.

He only fell once though, which was incredibly surprising!

We sent this over to Grandpa later too. Luca liked seeing him down there!

We went through city creek and Kenz got some sun glasses at forever 21 and then we headed to deseret so they could get their fill there. And the things they needed.

I found this frozen book and luca just stared at it forever. He loves it. He did not like the dog book though. We didn't get that.

Luca was reading a Book of Mormon while Kenz and Tony got some stuff in the distribution area and conducted some music and sang along.
