The circus came to slc again! Jose got us tickets and we took Luca to see it! He loved it for the most part, then he wasn't feeling good so he crashed out.
It was the Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey's legends show. So they had all kinds of things.
Luca was mesmerized with the lights and noises going on for the first bit. I couldn't get his attention directed anywhere else.
I think his favorites were the elephants and the Tigers and the motorcycle guys
One of the Tigers was not cooperating down there. And I wondered how they are treated. So I did not enjoy that part much.
Luca clapped and clapped for everything.
And then the "legends" came out. They had Pegasus, a unicorn and manny the mammoth.
And the elephants came out and danced around for everyone. Luca loved that.
After intermission Luca was done. He fussed until he was comfy enough to fall asleep. And he slept through the rest.
These acrobat guys were intense. That ring is like 7 or 8 feet in the air--well above any of their heights and they did flips and jumped right through it.
We had a blast! Next it shall be disney on ice. I still wish we had gone this year! It's my favorite. I love ice skating.
Luca still isn't feeling too good, but I'm pretty sure he isn't sick, just getting rid of an old virus. He couldn't sleep last night from all the coughing, so Jose and his dad gave him a blessing so he could get some much needed rest. He slept all night and has been much better today. Hopefully it all goes away!
