The one with the inch worm.

Last night Luca did everything in his power to get to the xbox remote.

And he succeded. I felt bad taking away after all the hard work, but that's not a toy. I vacuumed after that so he was distracted. He loves the thing.

I can no longer leave him sitting on the couch when I walk away because all he wants to do it dive onto the floor. I have caught him mid dice several times. He has yet to fall. Knock on wood.

He is so mobile and sooo close to crawling around. I can't turn my head for two seconds if he's not secure in a toy or on the floor.

I swear his goal is to fall of everything.

He didn't get a good nap yesterday because we did our ohio mama lunch and there was so much noise and crazyness so by 7pm this was my baby.

Sooo whiney and fussy. He was in bed by 7:30 and out by 7:32. Seriously. That was beautiful of him.

Our neighborhood had a big garage/yard sale day today! This is my amazing find that I am oh so proud of and the most excited about!!! It's a wooden "vintage" crib that sits on a stand and actually rocks!! I am going to paint that guy of course. I can't wait!! I'm going to have to find something to use it for before it gets filled with a baby.

Obviously that's just the cradle part, we had to take it apart to get it in the car.

The one with a catch up.

Well I'm strangely behind, however we just haven't been doing blog worthy things lately! We've just been doing boring errands and cleaning!

We finally finally put up curtains in Luca's room--and yes. Clearly I need to take them back down and get those dang creases out. I tried before we put them up but I didn't work. Not that you can tell but they are light green with polka dots. And I don't like them. Surprise surprise. I need the gromet top ones. They are too hard to open and close without them.

I was super hopeful that these would help my child sleep in longer. And this morning I woke up, and was so glad he slept so long--until I looked and the clock and it was still only 7:45. And he woke up at 8:15. Whatever. I'll still take that over any earlier.

He's getting so tall!! His feet finally hit the ground in his jumper--I even had to raise it a little--and he loved it in there!

They are blurry because he is jumping. Which is awesome. No more dangling!

My rug finally came!! Hooray! It took so long I was sick if waiting! And I actually like it! It's fluffy and cozy! Yay! Except the fact that I didn't measure my tiny room before I ordered it and it doesn't actually fit in it that well--don't worry I made it work--I am a happy camper.

Luca was entertained while we figured out how to put it and moved couches and stuff around.

And I am proud of what he was entertained by.

I finally got started on these bad boys--they are still a work in progress--children make things take so long! People warn you but it's hard to take them seriously. Haha. I've got the brown tops done, and I'm working on the yellow! I'm excited. I'm going to try to finish them today!!

When I was putting the bib on him I was so confused at why it was tighter and harder. Until I was done and saw this. Im a good mom.

During the oscars Jose told me he had never seen the original wizard of oz. So I ordered that guy. We watched it when it came--and good news--he liked it! I had to remind him it's a 75 year old movie a few times but overall he enjoyed it!

He stares at one spot on my ceiling like this, all the time. And nothing I do can get his attention. I just have to wait for him to be done.

The one with my baby

We went to apple the other day because my phone is stupid...okay...I'm stupid because I dropped it in the tub while I was pregnant...whatever. It doesn't matter, it doesn't work most of the time now so we went to figure out my options. Which are none by the way. Basically, the only one I have is to pay the full $650 for a new phone. HA. Yeah right. I never want to be a person that pays that much for something that is going to be dropped, spilled on, sucked on and everything else in between. So I have no option but to suck up my crap phone that deletes all my memories until June.

While I was waiting for my phone to be done Jose tool Luca around and let him play too.

He looks like such a chunk in those pictures.

Which reminds me, I finally went through and put away all (but a few sweaters) the newborn clothes, he is officially wearing 3 month clothes now. It was strange. And seemed way too fast to have had to do already.

Sorry those are so blurry, again, courtesy   of my phone.

This was a morning nap.

I just got these beauts tonight from a neighbor--and I am BEYOND excited to paint those guys. They are going to be awesome!
