The one with our almost last day.

We've been enjoying our last few days here in ohio. I'm excited to get back to routine and my bed, but I am going to miss my family!

We finally got Luca an ohio state shirt and daddy a hat.

He's been super content for a while in his pack n play whether it's after a nap or when he wakes up first thing in the morning, he just lays there rolls over and back and forth and talks to himself.

We were playing the other night and he fell down behind me and I called his name and he tried so hard to get back up to see me.

This is the norm before a nap or bed however. It takes a lot to get this kid to sleep out here for some reason. He just wants lots of time with grandma Becky and his aunts!

Last night we got the wee folks fair puzzles out and did them both so we could figure out missing pieces so I could take one! I am so excited!

Nicole occupied Luca for most of the time.

This morning when I was getting ready I could hear my mom singing and doing songs with Luca, and he was loving it. I had to get a picture.

This was my project today. Kenz and I used to organize this all the time when we were little.

Okay. I forced her to do it with me. I'm sure I bribed her several times. I'm weird and love to do it. Whatever.

I forgot to put a picture of Morgans ring up yesterday--so here it is now! It's beautiful, she and Andrew designed it and they moved her pink diamonds to it on the sides! She loves it.

The one with the puzzles

Luca and I went to the wisemans yesterday! Anyone who's anyone knows the awesome wisemans, and that you don't go there not hungry. Because you will leave stuffed. There is always tons of food and lovely people.

Angela and Zack hadn't met Luca yet so that was the main reason we went. He was loved on a lot. Of course. :) all the ladies are natural mothers and can handle a baby without a second guess. It's awesome to have such good hands to give me a break for a sec.

We chatted away and the Heidi pulled out 8 puzzles and started them ALL at the kitchen table. She said it was a tradition but everyone was complaining so I'm thinking she made that up. But it was still fun, and despite all the comments everyone sat to help at some point.

The wisemans have such great family time, and I want my family to be like that. They all get along so well and do stuff together (alllllll of them) so often. It's so great! They are definitely one of the reasons I want to have a ton of family traditions because they showed me how great they can be!

I helped with ALL the puzzles cuz I'm awesome.
Really...I didn't. But I wanted too. That counts right? I finished the one Heidi started--and by started I mean she left the last like 30 pieces and I put those in. :)
Heidi is aMAZing at puzzles. She doesn't so the edges first, and she can just stare at a pile of pieces and pick up one at a time and put them exactly where they go. She doesn't ever have to try a million pieces together (like me) they just fit. It's amazing to watch!

This is the one I helped finish. :) and now want to buy cuz it's beautiful.

Heidi even held Luca and fed him while she puzzled away.

And I did this WHOLE outside. I know. I'm talented.

And. Funny story. While I was there I was taking these pictures to blog, and I totally almost said, "I'm gonna blog this shiz" out loud. That wouldn't have been the best. Clearly. Sara you are a bad influence on me and I've been spending too much time with you. Good thing I thought it first.

It's always fun (and a long) day!! Time flies when I am there!!
