The one with a late Fathers Day.

Since Luca was sick on fathers day, he didn't get to wear his matching tie with daddy until the week after.  I can't get over how old he looks.  Stop that.

I'm trying not to post a billion pictures of one thing, but Lucas face is awesome in all of these.

We got daddy a grill for Fathers day, and these AMAZING grill mats that keep it clean!!  Those are like the best invention ever.  They still give you grill marks, char taste, just like you were right on the grill, but no mess!  Yes please.

We have used it a ton already.  It is amazing what a those mats can do!

This is Lucas newest, super fun things--he yells "mine!" or just yells while sticking his hand out at you--you can barely see it poking out of that towel.  He was mad at me for taking the towel off.  How dare I.

We went to the Curiosity museum with Sara and the boys, and Cassi and her kiddos.  The train room is everyone favorite, and now that we know what it does, its cool to me too!!

You have to turn a big wheel, and it moves a train on a specific track above you, the faster you turn, the faster it moves! Luca didn't take his eyes off the trains once.

The one where I have to catch up, again.

Luca has been totally into Finding Nemo lately, thank you Kelly! We need diversity around here, one can only stand so much blues clues and Frozen.  This was the first time I put it in.  He wasn't interested at first, he kept trying to go and play, but then would get distracted.

Luca is getting really good at drawing O's.  He does it in the air, and on paper! And announces it each time.

Twinners.  It just keeps getting better, I can't wait to see what this looks like when Luca is as old as my dad (3) is in the picture.

We went out for lunch for fathers day the Saturday before, and Luca got a killer fever halfway through, and so we cut it short and headed home.  A 24 hour bug had been circling the neighborhood so I was hopeful that was all it would be, but it ended up lasting all weekend and then some.  It was so sad, throwing up babes are the saddest.

This was before lunch.  Poor guy didn't see anything coming.

He had a burst of energy to color some letters for his grandpas--which we still haven't sent because I fail.

We facetimed grandpa and grandma in Ohio for a bit, a few minutes of joy happened for Luca, but most of it was this bottom picture.

The majority of our weekend was spent on the couch in all day jams, snuggled in blankets with Lucas bear and 2 sips cups--he just loves to hold them--and Harry Potter.  That is all he wanted to watch.

And read.  I promise I don't force this on my child, or make it up.  He makes all of those decisions.  He just loves Harry!

Thankfully Monday evening he was back to normal, it was a long sad weekend, and I'm glad its gone!
