I wish my phone could take good pictures in the dark. Every night when I go to cover luca before I go to bed, or get him up in the morning he is in the weirdest positions. Usually touching some part of the bear if not on top of it or hugging it so tight.
I'm sorry about these freakishly long posts with a million pictures in them. It's just easier this way!
Music class again! Luca is getting more and more into it every week!! It's awesome. He even taught some moves to grant.
Grandma and Nicole just had a few days left with us, so we soaked in all our time.
^^grant is showing me where his baby brother is.
All of these are blurry--but oh my word! Aren't they just the cutest??
Grant insisted on wearing that elephant costume all day long as a shirt. It was hilarious.
Luca just cozied right up with Sara.
Grandma played and played with the boys. They just love her love.
Emilie and Abyl came by the other day to see Sara and the babe--luca and Abyl butted heads a few times but mostly enjoyed other small people's company. We miss our regular buddy!! Thomas come back and visit!
We went to Sheri and Daves for dinner last night so grandma could see her family. They are just the best. Dave is the most hilarious, sweet guy ever. We always enjoy our time there!
Luca had a rough time at the beginning but became more comfortable the longer we were there. Everybody loved on him.
We went to exchange our skirts after and then headed home.
Nicole wanted to try my wedding dress on and so of course I let her! It fit like a glove. I doubt I could get in there anymore.
Luca has been super into helping sweep lately. He has his own tiny broom because I broke our old one--but now it's his perfect size!
He squatted like that watching frozen for a solid few minutes while we were all getting ready this morning. Toes on the ipad and everything.
Nicole really wanted to go to temple square so we went there today, and city creek, and the BC so she could check it out.
The weather was so perfectly copperative for us today. We didn't even need our coats! That's my favorite.
Luca ran around like a crazy head all day because we didn't bring a stroller because there was no room in the car for it with all the luggage. He napped sooooo well after so it paid off.
He found a tiny Book of Mormon at deseret book and carried it around flipping through the pages and carrying it under his arm the entire time. It was way too adorable to not buy.
We grabbed some lunch at city creek, let luca play there for a bit, went to see the resturant and then headed to the airport!
It's so sad when everyone leaves after such a fabulous--and in Nicole's case , long--visit. I'm grateful for airplanes. And my dads job that lets them come out often. I so wish we could live closer somehow.
We will miss you guys!!! Thanks for everything you did for us while you were here! We love you!
Aww mom now has seen the infamous Dino playground!
ReplyDeleteThat was the greatest playground ever!
ReplyDeleteAnd oh, how I miss you guys!
