The one with a day out.

We got new missionaries this week--Elder Haite from Boston, and Elder Wright from South Carolina.  We took them out to lunch at pizza pie cafe so we could get to know them.  Luca loves the missionaries. 

They basically ate their weight in pizza--so totally worth taking them out!  Buffets all the way for missionaries!

Elder Balledos wanted me to tell you all this joke.  What does little caesars use to cut their pizza?

We are so excited to have awesome new missionaries and to get to know them better!

It has been so nice out Luca and I have gone to the park a few times already! Its the first week of February.  I can't believe it!! But I am loving it.  Mom and Nicole come to the warmth!!!

This particular day we just needed to get out, so we went to the park, but we only lasted like 10 minutes because it started to rain.  But Luca had a blast anyway.

Separation Anxiety has hit full force.  My goodness.  He will not go to anyone if I am around.  Not my in laws, or my sister in law, or anyone new of course.  Our doctors appointment today was super fun.  But I will do that in a different post. 

We came to Sara's today, and he even flipped out when I had to go to the bathroom and he stayed with Sara!! Its blowing my mind.  It's sweet, and I love when he just wants me, but it is making it so hard if I have to leave him somewhere!  I hope it doesn't last too long. 

It has transferred to bedtime a little bit too, he flips out if he wakes up at cries and cries.  When I go in there he hugs me so tight and won't let go.  I am sure his teeth that are popping in have a little to do with that, but not all of it.  So I hold him for a bit, but he wont sleep if I rock, we just have to sit still in the chair.  Sometimes I forget that and wonder why he is still awake, and then remember, stop rocking and he crashes.  I love being cuddly with him, and I almost want to stay there all night long once he is asleep.  But then he does not.  When he moves to try to get more comfortable he can't find a new spot so he points at his bed to be put back down.  So I do, and he usually is good for the night.  

Ps. What does little caesars use to cut their pizza?

The answer was: little scissors.  Get it??? Hahahahaa.
