Oh my land. It isn't my fault that I haven't kept up my blogging. My phone has decided that it is going to take 12-36 hours to upload or publish any posts. It's really really fun. And not at all un-motivational.
I had a migraine for two straight days, while Luca has been sick too. Those things don't mix. Luckily Jose took Luca out for memorial day and had a BBQ with his family so I could rest. Not that it made my migraine go away. But it was nice to be able to just lay around and sleep when I could.
It stuck around for most of the day today as well--and Luca woke up super early and ended up sleeping with me on Jose's pillow for a bit. 6am is sooo not my friend. For most of this time I had to be touching him in some way for him to sleep. My arm was over him for a bit, and then I was right up against him, and then I just had my hand on him. I don't even remember stopping the contact. But clearly I did. Jose sent this around apparently. And back to me later this morning.
I finally got Luca a doctors appt today do we can figure out what is really going on. There weeks is long enough.
I'm glad we finally went in. Turns out he has an ear infection. :( However, luckily that's the worst of it. And he is on antibiotics now so hopefully we will see a huge improvement in the next few days!

We went over tone Wisemans after the doctors to see everyone there again. Crystal leaves for her mission tomorrow!!! I can't believe its already time! She is serving in the France, Lyon mission. Which actually over laps with where her sister Heidi served a few years ago! She will do amazing things. She has such a textimony of the gospel and knows her Heavenly Father has great things in store for her to do.
So of course everyone came around for her farewell talk and lunch. We had to leave early that day because Luca hadn't napped and was loosing it. So we came back to do better catch up.
Most of the clan was headed out to hike--crazies in the 90 degree weather, I would have died--so we only planned on staying for about a half hour until they left. Hahahaha. Right. Nobody stays at the Wisemans for only a half hour. There is too much fun and interesting conversation and people for that. We were there for a few hours and we just sat and chatted with those that stayed.
MaryAnnes birthday was Sunday and my mom sent her a card that just happened to what there when we were there today. It was adorable. Luca just loved the envelope. It's like he knew where it had come from.

And then. I discovered they still have the tumble baby I had when I was little!! It was so adorable. I made her flip around so Luca could crawl around to her.

Oh my gosh I totally remember that thing!
