The one where daddy is happy we are home.

Man. This morning the boys spent some time getting re-acquainted. Honestly, our two week trip (although still seemingly too short) felt like a month. It seemed like so long to me! I don't know why. So it was adorable to watch them bond and play again.

And Luca showed off all his new skills for daddy.

Not that I show it but he's a pro roller now, holds his own bottle completely, and loves to jump. And those are only the things I can think of now. I don't want to do everything because my baby is SIX MONTHS OLD next week!!!! What?? So more will come then.

Luca only wants to sit up now. He's been fighting me in the stroller, and his infant car seat. So we decided it was time to switch it when we got back from our trip. And he loves the thing. He's very content in there now. And a cutie patootie.

We spent the day together as a family. We went to see Captain America, and Luca did so well! I was very surprised. He fell asleep in the first little bit, and slept for a good bit, probably half of the movie and then just played and snacked.

Then we had lunch at cafe too, thank you free meals. I love you.

Luca sat on a high chair all on his own! And also loved that. And I appreciated having two hands to eat with.

Then we went to see grandma and grandpa and Nicole and Gaby. They have been missing him probably almost as much as Jose. They played and played. And Luca rewarded them with spitting up on their carpet. Twice. Once, right after he had strawberries. So it was red. That was super fun. Sorry about that guys.

Gaby wanted a picture of all three of them smiling so Jose got up and made a bunch of weirdo noises that he loves. And then. Grandma Rosie tried. But Luca was just scared. She got laughs from all of us though, so that counts right!

Luca and I are headed to Sara's tomorrow!! We are all excited! This is the longest we have been apart in a very long time by the way!! Too long!
