The one with the flight back home.

Our flight left at 12:15 so we had time in the morning to pack up, and gather everything from ever corner of the house.  We of course still left a bunch of stuff, but whatever.  I knew that would happen.

Nobody would ever guess we were only there for 10 days.  4 suitcases, 2 giant carryon bags, my purse, and Lucas backpack.  Maybe we stayed for a month.  You don't know.

We found a giant toblerone standing in the most unorganized security line ever, La Guardia has some things to update too.  We got it from Grandpa considering that it had a tiny dent on the corner so it was half off.

We grabbed some lunch real quick before boarding, and ate it on the plane, and thought we would have the extra seat because it wasn't full, so I told the stewardess that Luca wasn't 2 yet but we loved extra seats.  That was stupid.  The seat got filled at the last second, and I didn't make that mistake again.  She was super nice though when she came to tell us, she apologized a bunch and said she tried everywhere before she came back to us.

Luca found new ways to entertain himself on this flight, climbing was one of those things.

We had a layover in Dallas, and Luca was so beyond exhausted that he chose to sleep over eat.  I asked a few times and he said sleep every time.  I didn't think he would actually sleep, but he sure did.

He didn't sleep too long, so we found this little play area and let Luca play there while we waited to board.

There was an awesome store right next to the play area so I went in to see if we could find some things to keep him entertained on the flight.  The prices were basically what I would have paid anywhere else, so I found some birthday presents too.  I sent Jose to "look" at what I picked out and see what he wanted so we could decide what to actually buy, but he came back with everything, and a few other things. Whatever.

Luca refused to hold our hands too, so he held bears while daddy held the other.

This was our gate.  It was preciously sad.  They just wanted us to go to Ohio.  And I would have.

Luca did so well on our entire trip.  I still can't believe we all made it out alive.  He learned new thing while we were there, he says "hup pees" now, or help please, its one of my favorite things ever.  Its adorable.
He also fist pumps the air with both hands and yells "yes!!!" when he gets to do something as cool as pushing the elevator buttons.

ALSO. On our last flight I was talking to Jose and he jus stopped because he watched some man pass out right in the isle!!!  It was crazy, and I was shocked at how long it took people to respond.  The flight attendants came, notified the pilot, and then called over the sound system asking for anyone with medical backgrounds help.  A lady jumped right up and ran back, and 2 other men came later.  They stayed there in the isle for a while, and gave him food and orange juice.  Apparently he just hadn't eaten all day and was feeling woozy.  He was headed for the bathroom, and I can't imagine what would have happened had he made it there before passing out--nobody would have known!!!

It made me wish that I had medical background of some kind, and I found a new pride for Nicole for doing it.  What would have happened if nobody on the plane knew what to do?? Goodness.  It was intense and scary.
