The one with another floor-less day.

I forgot to add these pictures of the rest of downstairs while the floor is torn out.

The play room completely barricaded. It's filled with a whole bunch of stuff as is the hall leading to it.

We have been doing lots of sucking in for the things we forgot we would need and stuck in there.

Seriously, having no floor is hard. Stressful, inconvienet and a million other things. We need it back.

Luca, however has not been affected. Clearly.

And holy cow. You forget how messy children really are when its spread out through the whole house--and not confined to one room. Luca is a master mess maker.

We did a little "sensory" play with pom poms and pipe cleaners.

See that tiny jar--yeah. Didn't think about getting those guys back out. It took me quite a while to do. But I did! Now I'm on the hunt for a better bottle to use.

His sad bruise is still so noticeable!

He kept snuggling up to them before putting them in.

Mainly he just wanted to throw the pipe cleaners all over. We will get there.

See the mess?? My word. I couldn't believe it. Although the laundry is mine.

BAM. Nap time beauty.

I remembered we had a whole bunch of beans that have been waiting to be used for something--they are expired so no eating. Or at least to me--luca lost his privelleges after a bit. Whole handfuls right in there.

Although he loved it while it lasted.

Then he enjoyed a shower.

And would not let me dress him after.

He just wanted a show. Shocking.

See anything weird with his diaper? I didn't put any clothes on him after his shower--because I didn't want to wrestle with him--and his diaper got all crazy and saggy and almost falling off. Which is why I don't usually keep him in a diaper.

He loves putting the lids back on his Apple sauces. Good fine motor practice!
