The one with a trip to temple square.

We spent the day with Jose's family today. We had lunch, and took a stroll through temple square. I swear I don't think any year has had such greeness and so many flowers! It's amazing!

And the 87 degree weather we had today is going to kill that. And I don't appreciate that. Or approve it. Spring is not over yet Mother Nature. Tell summer to back off and wait it's turn.

This is part of our new morning routine. And it's Luca's favorite part of the morning I think. He talks and yells and laughs at himself in the mirror and gives himself kisses. His favorite part is when I take his hand and point to him in the mirror and say "Luca" then point back at him (usually bumping his chin or mouth) and say "Luca" again. I just do it over and over, Luca, Luca, Luca, Luca and get faster and faster. He just laughs and laughs.

Plus. Check out those overalls. My word.

We got him a hat--since we have been outside so much we figured we should protect his bitty head. Man it was hard to find one that fit. We did succeed however, and it looks pretty darn cute.

He pulled it down over his face at one point all on his own. He just held it there in both hands for a bit, then dropped down to one, and just sat there like that.

We enjoyed all the colors--as did Luca. His attention span becomes much shorter outside.

I honestly don't know why we think we need the stroller. The only time he sat in it was going from the apt across the street into temple square and on the way back--and only because he was eating at that point. He's never put down when we are with family! He loves it. And me. My arms love the break.

There were several brides out today--I counted 5 that I could see--and I can only imagine what it will be like in a month. You can count like 20 just standing in one spot at some points in the spring/summer.

It was a beautiful day out and I'm glad we went out to enjoy it.
