Then we ran a million errands together.
Grant likes to get himself out of the car, I just pushed the buckles and he pulled them apart and off him to get down. When he was crawling out I got my phone ready for a picture but it was too slow so I was sad I missed it, but he noticed and the smarty pants knew I was taking a picture so he just waited patiently for me all the while holding this face. He's helpful.
This diaper mat is the most brilliant thing ever. The pouch there holds the diapers on the other side, and the wipes so I don't have to find a place to put them, and ultimately have them kicked off! It folds right up to a little clutch thing so everything is one spot and you only have to grab the one thing. It's beautiful.
Once we were all done running all over we went back to Sara's and turned on the Olympic opening ceremonies. They were super cool this year! Sara answered most of my questions about the Russian life. She's so wise.
We watched most of it before Luca and I left to go home, at 9:30. He was so good and happy all night! Just laughing and talking away.
Grant and I played a ton too, my arms were sore today from it. When I would go back to my own child to give him some love, or wipe up spit up (which it normally was) he would yell no! Cuz he needed all the attention of course. I love both those guys.
