The one with a wedding.

The weekend we got home was Daniel Wisemans wedding day!! Which is crazy talk. Her name is Melissa and she is the sweetest thing ever!! And her dresses!! So pretty. They were so happy.

Their reception was Friday night and they got married in the Salt Lake temple on Saturday Morning. I didn't get any pictures from temple day, but I did from the reception!

Elsa, I mean, Crystal even came all the way from her mission in France to join! At least her head anyway.

Luca, of course made friends--this is Emily's little boy. They played on this for basically the whole night. Except when my child discovered a room full of cupcakes....we will get there.

Congratulations Daniel and Melissa!! Melissa is a trooper to want to put up with Daniels crazyness forever. :) their life will never be dull!!

And. The cupcakes.

I let Luca wander in and out of the cultural hall because he always came back. And I didn't think he could get into anything out there. Boy was I wrong.

I went I find him after once he was gone for a while. I stepped into the hall just in time to see a lady leading him out of a room with an entire mini cupcake--wrapper and all--shoved in his mouth and she was carrying probably 3 to throw away. Lovely.

I apologized and cleaned Luca up. They shut the door to the cupcake room after that.

But seriously. Those are nursery tables. Right at his level. Of course he ate as many as he could before someone caught him! Probably higher tables next time.

We had a fun night with all the family and the next day even more people came! They had a luncheon for us after the temple which was yum.

The one with a brown wedding!

Joses best friends Maikol and Stefany got married yesterday! Hooray!

Luca and I met Jose at the reception (7-midnight-oh my) around 9 and the party was just getting started! They toasted when were there and then got that brown dance floor going on. Everyone gets in there. My favorite was the kiddos. They were running around like crazies--just like everyone else! And dancing together. It was adorable.

It's so nice to see a couple so in love. Those are the weddings I love to attend. You can just see their happiness shooting from their faces.

Luca and I only stayed for about an hour because he should have already been in bed when we got there but he enjoyed the lights for a bit with grandma Rosie.

Congratulation Maikol and Stefany!

The one with the Tongan wedding.

Nia (Sara's sister in law) got married yesterday! Yay! Their reception was of course full on Tongan style, as it should have been. Loud, crazy packed, tons of food, and a show! It really is a neat culture!

Grant of course was the cutest. I don't know how he does it. He ran around with his cousins and played all night long!

He wanted cupcakes galore, so I helped him stuff it in his mouth. Not that I had a choice or anything. He was yelling for me to help. :) he loves me.

He had about had it though during his second one. Man. He was falling right asleep. It had been quite a day for his little self.

I've been letting Luca chew on things now, and he loves it. And he's really food at holding things himself.  He got a carrot at Jose's uncles house and a strawberry today. It's time to pull out the mesh holder!

He got so much off that strawberry I had to take it away until I can find the holder.

This morning I was holding him and he was so tired and fussy but wouldn't sleep, so I put him on his back and he still fussed and fussed until I turned him over. Then he was out. He's so strange.

I saw Girl Scouts yesterday!! Yes I did. I didn't pre-order any because well, I was stupid. So I am so glad they decided to stand on a corner for me yesterday.

My parents send me an edible arrange my for my birthday!! It is delicious. I had just gotten back from breakfast with Jose's family and it was there waiting for me, I was stuffed but I still ate some right then! Thanks mom and dad!!
